1. Show Level 4 (Caring) behavior most of the time and Level 5 (Beyond the Gym) Behavior at least sometimes on Hellison’s Model of Responsibility/get bonus points.
2. Work hard to improve their skills (utilize/apply all forms of feedback, practice, apply to changing environments, etc.)
